Diversity Within Our Members
We accept people from all majors and backgrounds because we value diversity in our tight-knit community
Members in GCC are paired with mentors that become some of their best friends at Cornell. We strongly believe close relationships are the key to the lasting success of an organization and its constituents - GCC members are able to leverage our international network during and after their time at Cornell University.
Our new member education process derives the experience and knowledge of upperclassmen, who have all excelled professionally in various industries, including but not limited to, finance, consulting, software engineering. As leaders of our organization, our experienced upperclassmen cooperate with the Director of Professional Development to instill a genuine passion for our new members' industries of interest and equip them with valuable technical and qualitative skill sets to successfully navigate their future endeavors.
GCC is a multi-faceted organization with its constituents from various majors, professional interests, geography, and culture, and we see this quality as our biggest strength. We believe that no one in our organization is similar by any means, but our culture of inclusivity enables individuals from different walks of life to bond and form an organization that is stronger as a sum than its parts.
